Thank you for shopping at Wynn Studio! We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a return.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase included (order number or receipt)
The following are not eligible for returns:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with removed tags
- Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size selection) — return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Items must meet the return conditions above. Exchange shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrectly described item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions and the return address.
